Harvest Stack Privacy Policy

Alienlike technology, alienlike speed

Last updated: 17 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Eliance Group IT SRL (“we”, “us”) handles
information in Harvest Stack and in the other mobile games we publish on Google Play and the
Apple App Store (the “Games”).

The short version

  • We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name,
    email address or phone number.
  • Your farm is saved on your device, not on our servers.
  • Our Games show ads and offer optional purchases. Those services — Google, Apple and
our measurement provider — process some data about your device, as described below.
  • We never sell your personal data.

Information collected in our Games

1. Data stored only on your device

Game progress (your fields, coins, level, upgrades and settings) is saved in your device’s
local app storage. It never leaves your device through us, and it is deleted when you uninstall
the Game.

2. Advertising — Google AdMob

Our Games display advertisements supplied by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded videos
you choose to watch and occasional full-screen ads. To deliver, cap and measure those ads, Google
may process:

  • your device’s advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA);
  • device and app information such as device model, operating system version, language and the
    app you are using;
  • an approximate location derived from your IP address (country or region level — not GPS);
  • ad interaction events, such as whether an ad was shown, watched or clicked.

Google acts as an independent controller for this processing. See the Google Privacy Policy and
“How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services”.

3. Install measurement — AppsFlyer

So that we know which advertisement or link brought a player to a Game — and so we do not
keep paying for advertising that does not work — our Games use AppsFlyer, a measurement
provider acting as our processor. AppsFlyer receives your device’s advertising identifier,
device and app information, the install and app-open events, and in-app events such as a completed
purchase or a level reached. It does not receive your name, email address or payment details.
Where consent is required, this happens only after you have given it. See appsflyer.com/legal
for their privacy documentation.

4. Purchases — Google Play and Apple

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing or Apple’s App Store.
We never see or receive your payment details. We receive only a confirmation that
a purchase completed, so the Game can unlock what you bought.

5. Store analytics

Google Play and Apple provide us with aggregated, anonymous statistics about installs, crashes
and purchases. These reports do not identify individual users.

Your choices

  • Consent to personalised ads. In the European Economic Area, the United
Kingdom and Switzerland, our Games ask for your consent before serving personalised ads,
using Google’s consent management platform. You can change your mind at any time by
clearing the Game’s storage or reinstalling it, which makes the consent request appear
    again.
  • Apple App Tracking Transparency. On iOS you are asked whether the Game may
track you across apps. Declining is fine — the Game works exactly the same, and you
will simply see less relevant ads.
  • Reset or delete your advertising ID. Android: Settings → Google →
Ads. iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Remove ads. Harvest Stack offers a one-time “Remove Ads”
purchase that stops full-screen advertisements. Optional rewarded videos remain available if
    you want the in-game bonus.
  • Delete your data. Uninstalling a Game removes all data it stored on your
device. Because we hold no accounts, there is nothing left on our side to delete.

Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for personalised advertising
and for measurement where consent is required, and on our legitimate interests in
operating and securing the Games and in showing non-personalised advertising that funds them. You
may withdraw consent at any time as described above.

Data retention

We do not store personal data ourselves. Data processed by Google, Apple and AppsFlyer is
retained according to their own policies.

International transfers

Google, Apple and AppsFlyer may process data outside your country, including in the United
States, under safeguards described in their privacy policies.

Children

Our Games are intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and are not
directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a
child has provided personal data through one of our Games, contact us and we will address it
promptly.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the
processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your data
protection authority. As we do not hold personal data about you, such requests are usually best
directed to Google, Apple or AppsFlyer; contact us and we will help you route them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our Games evolve. The “Last updated” date above always
reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced in the Games’ store
listings.
